It is very true that for delivering professional development it is very important to engage in reflection and revise what I myself have learnt for professional development. The process of reflective practice is something must be done consciously. This can include getting updated on the trending topic about professional development, engaging in skill development courses, going back to check feedback received in the previous professional development programs to make sure the same mistakes are not repeated.
